PRIMES Inform — Account and data deletion

PRIMES Inform is the drought information app of the PRIMES project, co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg IPA ADRION Programme. Package name: com.primes.droughtalert

Delete your account from the app

1. Open PRIMES Inform and sign in.
2. Open SOS and contacts from the home screen.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is removed immediately. The action cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• your email address and the identifier of your account;
• the notification token of your device, so that no further alert is sent to it;
• the pilot area associated with your account.

These data are removed when you confirm the deletion. There is no additional retention period: nothing that identifies you is kept afterwards.

What stays on your device

Notifications already delivered stay on the device until you remove them, and documents you downloaded remain in the device storage. Uninstalling the app removes them.
